On November 13, 2023, entrusted by Mr. Sun Fengquan, Co-Chairman & CEO of Hong Kong Aerospace Technology Group (HKATG), Mr. Chai Jianguo, Vice President of HKATG, paid a friendly visit to Parque Tecnologico de Sorocaba in Brazil. He had an in-depth conversation with Mr. Nelson Tadeu Cancellara, CEO of the science park.
Parque Tecnologico de Sorocaba proposed a plan to build a Space Science and Technology Education Experience Center integrating tourism and learning, inviting HKATG to provide innovative and practical construction solutions and join the construction. The representative of HKATG warmly welcomed this idea and signed an MOU with the Parque Tecnologico de Sorocaba in this regard, to further enhance the strategic cooperation in space science.
More notably, a ground station for the Alya-1 satellite system of HKATG’s strategic partner Alya Space will be constructed within Parque Tecnologico de Sorocaba; Mr. Chai Jianguo conducted an on-site inspection of the proposed location for the ground station.
This visit to Parque Tecnologico de Sorocaba marks an essential step for HKATG in advancing international cooperation in aerospace technology; it holds significant meaning for deepening international cooperation in Brazil.

On April 28, Amazon launched the first batch of 27 Kuiper Internet satellites from Cape Canaveral, Florida, U.S.A. These satellites are the first of 3,236 satellites that Amazon plans to send to low Earth orbit for Project Kuiper.
On April 27 at 23:54, China successfully launched the Tianlian-2 05 satellite from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center using a Long March-3B carrier rocket. The satellite entered its designated orbit smoothly, and the launch mission was a complete success.
TAIYUAN, April 19, China launched six satellites—Shiyan-27 01 to 06—aboard a Long March 6A rocket from the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center. All satellites entered their planned orbits, marking the mission’s full success.
