On December 5, 2023, Mr. Sun Fengquan, Chairman and CEO of HKATG, paid a visit to H.H. Shaikh Mohammed Maktoum Juma Al-Maktoum, member of the Dubai Royal Family and Executive Director of HKATG.
H.H. Shaikh Mohammed Maktoum Juma Al-Maktoum warmly welcomed Chairman Sun's visit. Mr. Sun expressed gratitude to the Dubai government for its support towards USPACE.
During the meeting, both parties exchanged views on the global strategy of HKATG (soon to be renamed as USPACE) and discussed the establishment of the global headquarters in Dubai. They engaged in in-depth discussions on Dubai's policies, finance, international cooperation, taxation, and land resources.

Mr. Sun Fengquan, Chairman and CEO of USPACE Technology Group Limited, warmly welcomed His Highness and the accompanying delegation. During this auspicious occasion, both parties engaged in extensive discussions regarding satellite manufacturing and application, as well as USPACE's strategic positioning within the space industry in the UAE.
On April 24, 2024, USPACE Technology Group Limited and Strata, wholly owned by Mubadala Investment Company (Mubadala), held their sixth working meeting in Hong Kong. Mr. Sun Fengquan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of USPACE Technology Group Limited, warmly welcomed the delegation from Strata and engaged in friendly discussions. Both parties extensively deliberated on cooperation and preliminarily reached a cooperation agreement.
On 19 March 2024, the International Space University (ISU), together with the USPACE Technology Group Limited (USPACE) and its connected ASPACE International Holdings (ASPACE), and the Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC), announced their partnership. Under this partnership, ASPACE is providing scholarships to Master students from underprivileged countries or regions to support ISU's efforts in inclusivity and the democratisation of space education.
