On February 27th, Mr. Sun Fengquan, Chairman and CEO of Uspace Holdings Limited, hosted a delegation led by Mr. Yan Guangtian, Party Secretary and Chairman of China Railway 18th Bureau (Group) Co., Ltd, in Hong Kong. The two parties engaged in in-depth discussions on further deepening cooperation on the Abu Dhabi Space Eco City project reached a series of consensus and signed a memorandum of cooperation.
Mr. Sun Fengquan extended a warm welcome to the visit of Mr. Yan Guangtian and his delegation, expressing gratitude for China Railway 18th Bureau (Group) Co., Ltd.'s active participation in the construction of the Abu Dhabi Space Eco City. He also introduced the basic situation of Uspace Holdings Limited. Mr. Sun stated that the Abu Dhabi Space Eco City project aims to create a global space ecosystem centered on international space technology innovation and space trade, providing commercial space services worldwide. The project, located in the Abu Dhabi Khalifa Economic Zone, covers an area of 3 million square meters and will bring together over 3,000 global space industry ecosystem enterprises, contributing to the advancement of open and inclusive human society and space exploration.
China Railway 18th Bureau (Group) Co., Ltd. has successfully delivered many representative projects in the Middle East, demonstrating a deep understanding of local regulations, standards, and requirements, and a high level of localization. It is hoped that the signing of the memorandum of cooperation during this meeting and for the Abu Dhabi Space Eco City project will serve as an opportunity for both parties to further strengthen communication and exchanges, increase cooperation in more areas, and jointly create a new development situation.

Once completed, the Abu Dhabi Space Eco City will bring together thousands of global enterprises, forming an international space industry ecosystem and providing comprehensive services for global commercial space technology innovation and space trade.
China Railway 18th Bureau (Group) Co., Ltd. is willing to fully leverage its qualifications and first-mover advantages in the Middle East market, actively aligning with the needs of Uspace Holdings Limited. It aims to further utilize its extensive experience in cross-border construction and advantages in localized management. Building upon the cooperation foundation of the Abu Dhabi Space Eco City project, the group seeks to continuously expand cooperation areas to achieve mutually beneficial development.
During the visit, Mr. Yan Guangtian was invited to tour the Hong Kong Satellite Manufacturing Center, Satellite TT&C Center, as well as the Abu Dhabi Space Eco City project planning and construction exhibition center.
On April 24, 2024, USPACE Technology Group Limited and Strata, wholly owned by Mubadala Investment Company (Mubadala), held their sixth working meeting in Hong Kong. Mr. Sun Fengquan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of USPACE Technology Group Limited, warmly welcomed the delegation from Strata and engaged in friendly discussions. Both parties extensively deliberated on cooperation and preliminarily reached a cooperation agreement.
On 19 March 2024, the International Space University (ISU), together with the USPACE Technology Group Limited (USPACE) and its connected ASPACE International Holdings (ASPACE), and the Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC), announced their partnership. Under this partnership, ASPACE is providing scholarships to Master students from underprivileged countries or regions to support ISU's efforts in inclusivity and the democratisation of space education.
