On June 25, 2024, the clean room of USPACE/ASPACE Hong Kong Satellite Manufacturing Center located at the Advanced Manufacturing Center, Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong, was awarded the ISO 14644-1 Class 7 (FED Class 10,000) cleanliness certification issued by the SGS Group, the world’s leading testing, inspection and certification company.
The issuance of the certificate of the Class 7 level to the USPACE/ASPACE cleanroom by the SGS Group indicates that the cleanliness of the purification workshop of ASPACE Hong Kong Satellite Manufacturing Center has reached a very high-level standard that the allowable maximum number of particulars of more or equal to 0.5um diameter per cubic foot of air does not exceed 10000. The cleanroom features a strict air monitoring and filtration system and has reached a high cleanliness grade of precision manufacturing. It is ideal for manufacturing satellite components, electronic chips, integrated circuits, etc.
