"HKATG Entering the Campus" Career Fair Successfully Kicked Off

This week, the Hong Kong Aerospace Technology Group (HKATG) held a "Campus Recruitment" fair at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU), providing a platform for students who aspire to work in the aerospace industry to learn about the company, the industry, and seek career opportunities. With the completion of the Hong Kong Satellite Manufacturing Center (2/F, AMC) imminent, graduates from mechanical and aerospace-related majors at various universities in Hong Kong will have broader employment opportunities. The aim of this recruitment fair is to hire outstanding talents, inject new vitality and impetus into the enterprise, and jointly promote the development of Hong Kong's aerospace industry and reindustrialization.

Through synchronous participation online and offline, this recruitment fair not only introduced students to the latest developments and technological trends in the aerospace field, as well as the group's development philosophy, allowing students to have a deeper understanding of the application and prospects of aerospace technology, but also provided students with rich employment information, such as satellite payload development engineers, satellite manufacturing process engineers, orbit designers, TT&C engineers, remote sensing data processing engineers, and AI algorithm engineers. The focus of this recruitment is the group's plan to provide comprehensive training for this year's graduates in satellite manufacturing production lines based in both Shanghai and Hong Kong starting from June. Successful candidates will be personally trained by outstanding engineers and executives in the industry, and receive real practice and training in the satellite manufacturing center, satellite TT&C center, and satellite data application center to improve their professional skills.

Next, the group will also enter into other universities such as the University of Hong Kong (HKU) and the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and invite graduates to visit the company as well. The group's technical and management personnel will engage in face-to-face communication with graduates and answer their questions. This event is one of the important measures taken by the company to value talent introduction and actively expand the aerospace market. In the future, HKATG will continue to strengthen its cooperation with universities and provide more development opportunities and platforms for students.
