On July 4, 2023, Dr. Mohammed S. Altamimi, Vice Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Saudi Space Agency and his delegation visited Hong Kong Aerospace Technology Group (HKATG) / ASPACE Satellite Technology Limited (ASPACE). They visited ASPACE Hong Kong Satellite Manufacturing Center, and had friendly talks with Mr. Sun Fengquan, Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of HKATG/ASPACE, and Dr. Lee George Lam, Co-Chairman.

On April 24, 2024, USPACE Technology Group Limited and Strata, wholly owned by Mubadala Investment Company (Mubadala), held their sixth working meeting in Hong Kong. Mr. Sun Fengquan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of USPACE Technology Group Limited, warmly welcomed the delegation from Strata and engaged in friendly discussions. Both parties extensively deliberated on cooperation and preliminarily reached a cooperation agreement.
On 19 March 2024, the International Space University (ISU), together with the USPACE Technology Group Limited (USPACE) and its connected ASPACE International Holdings (ASPACE), and the Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC), announced their partnership. Under this partnership, ASPACE is providing scholarships to Master students from underprivileged countries or regions to support ISU's efforts in inclusivity and the democratisation of space education.
