The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) in the United States issued a congratulations on the grand opening of ASPACE Hong Kong Satellite Manufacturing Center, a subsidiary of Hong Kong Aerospace Technology Group (HKATG) which will be held on 25 July.
The ASPACE Hong Kong Satellite Manufacturing Center, the first satellite manufacturing center in Hong Kong, is in the Advanced Manufacturing Center (AMC) of the Hong Kong Science Park in Tseung Kwan O and covers an area of approximately 200,000 square feet. It has intelligent, flexible, and mass production capabilities, and is also one of the world's largest intelligent, satellite manufacturing facilities. The ASPACE Hong Kong Satellite Manufacturing Center contains 18 subsystems and more than 200 pieces of equipment including a variety of comprehensive production line equipment covering overall satellite structure, optical positioning, vibration, mechanical performance, electromagnetic compatibility, thermal control, and precision. This guarantees the most comprehensive satellite production system and related aerospace products before leaving the factory.
On April 29th, USPACE Technology Group Limited had the privilege of hosting a delegation comprising UPSACE Executive Director, His Highness Shaikh Mohammed Maktoum Juma Al-Maktoum and representatives from the UAE International Holding Company (IHC), led by Mr. Waleed. During this auspicious occasion, both parties engaged in extensive discussions regarding satellite manufacturing and application, as well as USPACE's strategic positioning within the space industry in the UAE.
On April 24, 2024, USPACE Technology Group Limited and Strata, wholly owned by Mubadala Investment Company (Mubadala), held their sixth working meeting in Hong Kong. Mr. Sun Fengquan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of USPACE Technology Group Limited, warmly welcomed the delegation from Strata and engaged in friendly discussions. Both parties extensively deliberated on cooperation and preliminarily reached a cooperation agreement.
On 19 March 2024, the International Space University (ISU), together with the USPACE Technology Group Limited (USPACE) and its connected ASPACE International Holdings (ASPACE), and the Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC), announced their partnership. Under this partnership, ASPACE is providing scholarships to Master students from underprivileged countries or regions to support ISU's efforts in inclusivity and the democratisation of space education.
